Kanha National Park

This wonderful national park is situated in Madhya Pradesh a state of Maharashtra. It is located at the height of 600 to 900 meters above sea level. The area which it covered is around 1,945 sq km. Kanha National park was the soul motivation for famous classic Jungle Book of Rudyard Kipling. The temperature is around 23°C to 40°C in summer and during winter the temperature is around 23°C to 11°C which are much more pleasant compare to summer season. Generally all the national parks are closed from July to mid October due to rainy season.
