Juhu Aerodrome is an Domestic Airport in Mumbai, india. Juhu Aerodrome is the India's first aviation airport founded in 1928 and it is located located in Juhu, an up market residental suburb alongside of beach on the Arabian Sea.

Now a days, Juhu Aerodrome handles all the helicopter operations out of Mumbai and also host the private Bombay Flying Club, gliders and several executive and light aircrafts. Currently, Juhu has a single operational runway which is run by the Airport Authority of India. Is is used as a heliport for private charters and to ferry Oil and Natural Gas Corporation personal. 

Now a days, Aerodrome handles all helicopter operations. In December 2010 all helicopters were moved to Domestic Airport Juhu because of congestion at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. It handles 6 helicopters at a time and handles about 100 helicopters operations per day.

 As we know, Juhu Aerodrome is handles all helicopter operations like private helicopter charters then the owners of this private helicopter charter personality used to stay in their private guest houses and some of the other famous personalities used to stay in 5 star hotels in Mumbai.

 Recently, the great thing about Juhu Aerodrome is that all the small private aircrafts operations are plan to move from Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport to Juhu Aerodrome to decongest Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. Because of plan to move small aircrafts the aerodrome is currently being upgraded to Instrument Flight Rules to Visual Flight Rules. So, the many passengers move towards the Domestic Airport and use the facilities provided by the Airport and use the nearby Hotels near Domestic Airport Mumbai to stay. 

Flight details for Domestic Airport Mumbai is as follows :-

1. Domestic flights from Mumbai to Nagpur :- There are daily non stop 6-7 domestic flights flying by 4-5 different Airlines approximately for 1hr. First flight is by Air India Airlines at 6.40 AM daily.

2. Domestic Flights from Mumbai to Delhi :- There are more than 8 different Airlines with daily Non-Stop flights flying from Domestic Airport Mumbai. Code of Mumbai Airlines is BOM. First flight from Mumbai is Indian airways having flight number is IC133 at 5.40 AM and Last Flight is at 10.10PM by Go Air Airlines having flight number G8452. There are several Mumbai Delhi Flights available for different Schedules.

3. Flights from Mumbai to Hyderabad  :-  For making better connectivity between the two IT hubs  i.e Mumbai and Hyderabad there are total 15-16 daily non-stop flights staring from morning at 1.30 am by Air India Airlines and the last flight from MOB - HYD is by Spice jet Airlines at 21.15 pm for the duration of  1hr 30m.

4. Flights From Mumbai to Ahmadabad :- There are total 10-13 non-stop daily flights starting from 1.35 am at morning by Air India Airways having flight number AI144 and last flight is at 23.05pm by Go Air Airlines having flight number G8107. There are again several Mumbai Ahmadabad flights are available at Airport.  

5. Flights from Mumbai to Bangalore :-  There are total 15-16 non-stop daily Mumbai Bangalore flights flying from morning 1.30 am by Air India Airlines consists of flight number AI126 and last flight is by Air Deccan Airlines at 23.25 pm consisting flight number DN664.
