Now a days, Aerodrome handles all helicopter operations. In December 2010 all helicopters were moved to Domestic Airport Juhu because of congestion at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport. It handles 6 helicopters at a time and handles about 100 helicopters operations per day.
